Policies

  • Clients planning on using a gift card for their service must mention the gift card at time of booking.

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may be shortened to ensure that the next client can start their service on time. The full service fee will apply. If you know you are going to be late for your appointment, please text the service provider (me) ahead of time.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need you to reschedule your appointment. A late cancellation fee will apply.
